Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Content Developer to join our Business Studies Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Senior Content Developers to build high-quality content for Pearson+ Channels business courses. Your primary responsibilities will include researching learning objectives and problem types across textbooks, brainstorming effective explanations for tough academic concepts, writing problems for practice, and assisting in reviewing videos against our Academic Checklist and Principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A B.A./B.S. degree in a business studies field (accounting, finance, economics, etc.)
• Experience helping others in problem-solving classes (Private Tutor, Teacher, Lab Assistant, Peer-Led Team Leader or similar)
• High standards for work products and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage own workload efficiently and effectively give and take feedback to improve team's work products
