Job Title

A Technical Project Manager role awaits. Lead complex technical projects, manage project teams, define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to meet delivery milestones.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong leadership, project management, and technical skills. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product and software engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Establish a strong engineering team grounded in respect, empathy, and exceptional engineering practices.
  • Partner with principal engineers across locations to deliver best-in-class products and solutions to customers.
  • Delight customers through high-quality solutions delivered through strong software engineering principles.
  • Breadth of experience covering diverse customer verticals and/or different business functions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment.
  • Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions, from use case discovery to production rollout, across business functions.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
  • Experience working with technical teams, understanding of system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs.

Desirable Skills:

  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications.
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Hands-on experience in building/workings generative AI products.
