The Role

As the founder's right-hand person, you'll manage operations, projects, and people while ensuring the founder's time is spent on high-priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
  • Marketing & Growth: Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm and optimize campaigns.
  • Product Development: Assist in ideation and execution of new product launches.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Founder's Office Ops: Manage the founder's calendar, emails, meetings, travel bookings, and legal/financial paperwork.
  • Execution & Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and ensure smooth task execution.
  • Leadership Prep: Shadow the founder and take ownership of strategic responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or a founder's office role.
  • Strong background or interest in tech, AI, marketing, or product management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Hunger to grow into a leadership role within 2 years.
