Marketing Partnerships Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional to join our partnerships and alliances team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Building persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Tracking destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Managing campaign tracking, analyzing results, and preparing performance reports.
  • Managing professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements for success in this position include:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
