The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modelling and statistical analysis skills, with familiarity with financial terminals like Bloomberg and Reuters. The role demands a time-bound approach to completing tasks and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough macro-research on the global economy and asset classes (Equity, Bonds, FX, Commodity)
  • Provide industry research and in-depth analysis of fundamental drivers
  • Prepare investment theses for Equities, bonds, etc.
  • Generate comprehensive research reports for Trading, Sales, and Marketing support
  • Create diversified customer portfolios as per client requests
  • Knowledge of structured products and preparation of investment pitches for wealth management products
  • Utilize advanced financial modelling and statistical analysis skills
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters terminals
  • Meet deadlines and handle stress effectively
  • Assist in process improvement, problem-solving, and demonstrate self-starting initiative

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field; CFA Level I/II/III preferred.
  • Strong macroeconomic research and industry analysis skills across asset classes (Equities, Bonds, FX, Commodities).
  • Experience preparing investment theses and constructing diversified portfolios.
  • Proficient in Bloomberg and Reuters terminals.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, with problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
