Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and analyze financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and overseeing service level agreements.
