Regional Operations Manager

At Zolo, we are on a mission to revolutionize the co-living experience for working professionals and students. As our Area Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all properties in Coimbatore. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, guaranteeing efficient functioning and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Property Operations Management: Optimize occupancy rates, minimize downtime, and ensure tenant satisfaction through effective property management.
- P&L Management: Handle Profit & Loss (P&L) for all properties in Coimbatore, monitoring expenses and revenues to maximize profitability.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services at competitive prices.
- Customer Satisfaction and NPS: Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving complaints, and developing strategies to improve Net Promoter Scores.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor on-site property managers and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report to senior management on property performance, financial metrics, and operational challenges.
