Enterprise Data Management Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Data Management professional to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge data management and analytics solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Architecture & Integration: Design and implement scalable, secure data pipelines and models, integrating SAP Datasphere with BW/4HANA, SAC, and other data sources to drive business value.
  • Data Modeling & Pipelines: Build logical and physical data models, replication flows, ETL processes, and task chains to ensure seamless data flow and high-quality insights.
  • Data Governance & Security: Manage tenant setup, user roles, object- & row-level security, and metadata catalogs to maintain compliance and integrity.
  • API & Third-party Integration: Connect SAP and non-SAP systems, develop APIs, and deliver datasets to BI platforms to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Migration & Lifecycle Management: Handle content and version control across development, test, and production systems using SAP BW Bridge to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Optimize model and query performance, monitor data flows, and ensure reliable data delivery to support informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere in multiple end-to-end implementations, with a strong focus on data modeling, security, and integration.
  • Data Modeling Skills: Proficiency in SQL, CDS, and graph-based data modeling, with expertise in replication, ETL, and task chains.
  • Security Design Expertise: In-depth understanding of security design principles, including roles, scopes, and cataloging.
  • Integration & API Development: Experience integrating SAP Datasphere with SAC, external APIs, and scripting languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript) to drive business outcomes.
  • SAP BTP Architecture & Cloud Security: Strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture and cloud security principles to ensure secure data management.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Sales) to provide domain-specific expertise.
  • BI Tools & Analytics: Experience working with BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau to deliver actionable insights.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in teams and agile environments.
  • Mentorship & Training: Ability to mentor junior colleagues and provide training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
