Program Manager – GenAI Integration with Enterprise Applications

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid or On-site)

About the Role

We are hiring a delivery-focused Program Manager to lead enterprise application programs (ERP, MDM, Supply Chain, Sustainability) with a strong emphasis on implementing GenAI use cases in real production environments. This is not a strategy or support role — we are specifically looking for someone who has taken GenAI/LLM initiatives from idea to deployment, fully integrated into live enterprise systems.

This role requires direct, hands-on experience delivering GenAI/LLM solutions into production — not just involvement in strategy, PoCs, or backend technical assistance.

If you have not led the end-to-end delivery of GenAI use cases integrated with enterprise systems (such as ERP, supply chain, or master data platforms), this role is not for you — please refrain from applying, as this is a mandatory requirement.

Who Should Apply

This role is ideal for senior program managers who have successfully delivered GenAI/LLM solutions into production within enterprise environments.

If your experience is limited to PoCs, conceptual work, or backend support without direct ownership of live deployments, this role may not be the right fit.

We are looking for proven execution leaders — not just AI enthusiasts or advisors.

What You'll Own and Drive

  • Lead end-to-end execution of GenAI/LLM initiatives, ensuring live deployment — not just pilot or development-phase efforts
  • Deliver use cases such as RAG-based search, AI assistants, and workflow automation within enterprise systems
  • Manage large-scale application portfolios (SAP, Oracle, Azure Data Lakes, MDM, etc.) across functions
  • Work with engineering, data, and architecture teams to integrate AI into core business platforms
  • Oversee stakeholder governance, change enablement, and enterprise-wide adoption
  • Ensure all GenAI solutions are production-grade, secure, and scalable

What We're Looking For

  • Mandatory: Demonstrated experience delivering at least one GenAI/LLM solution into production in an enterprise setting
  • 10+ years of enterprise program management (ERP, supply chain, master data, data platforms)
  • Strong understanding of GenAI system architecture: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, Langchain or equivalent
  • Proven leadership working across business, data, engineering, and platform teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and governance skills
