We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as a Career Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the success of our candidates by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone who can onboard new candidates and familiarize them with our program elements. This involves mentoring candidates to help them achieve their goals and understand expectations.
  • You will be responsible for keeping candidates updated about the latest program developments via phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze candidate performance and propose interventions to improve lagging metrics.
  • Maintain a database of candidate interactions, growth, and history.
  • Provide regular feedback and motivation to struggling candidates.
  • Manage preparation for placement activities to maximize job offers.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears for the program team, ensuring continuous improvement in satisfaction levels.
  • Influence the program calendar by working closely with the program team.
  • Resolve daily learner queries and meet SLA requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • High customer-centricity, ability to approach situations with patience and empathy.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage internal communication to drive student success.
  • Decent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatory.
