The Placement Manager role is key to our success. This position requires strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust campus recruitment process to achieve successful career outcomes for graduating students.
  • Prioritize candidates with industry connections.
  • Achieve individual targets for recruitment, internships, and live projects.
  • Support team members as needed.
  • Convert new accounts through structured market outreach.
  • Plan and engage with corporates for activities such as guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, and competitions.
  • Manage student services, including career counseling, grooming, and interview preparation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, such as alumni, faculty, administration, marketing, and admissions teams.
  • Maintain corporate networks and relationships.
  • Closing deals with senior professionals.
  • Create placement partners based on demand and manage existing partners for repurchase of placements and internships.
  • Conduct student counseling sessions for graduation outcomes.
  • Organize corporate engagement activities such as guest lectures, trainings, conclaves, and workshops.

This role offers a 6-day workweek with Sundays off.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High integrity and preference for industry experience.
  • Knowledge of industry demographics is an advantage.
