**Job Summary**

This is a managerial role with support responsibilities for Questions Bank Management and Subject Matter Expert (SME) management.

  • Developing quality question banks for assessments
  • Creating content - multiple-choice questions in English, Hindi, and other languages
  • Managing question banks: designing structures, setting quality standards, and tracking inventory
  • Maintaining optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects
  • SME management: defining selection criteria and strategies, monitoring performance quality, and training and developing SME pools
  • Coordinating with SMEs for test development activities
  • Designing tests and coordinating with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements
  • Supporting lead subject administrators in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs
  • Analyzing post-exam questions and reporting to higher management

**Key Qualifications**

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
  • Broad understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation
  • Good command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken)

**Essential Skills**

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following skills:
  • Verbal Ability - English or Verbal Ability - Hindi

Minimum 8 years of experience required.
