
International Business Growth Specialist

At Aakash Infosoft, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive international business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of our international client base, establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successful B2B sales in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. They will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
- Identify and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports
- Provide insights and guidance on IT solutions to clients
- Explore opportunities for product expansion and development
The ideal candidate must have prior international travel experience and be willing to travel internationally for deal closures, meetings, and client acquisition. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) is required. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to strike deals are also essential.
