We are seeking an experienced Assistance Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in identifying and addressing employee and organizational development needs, ensuring that our teams have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Promotes and informs employees about all training programs, displaying leadership in guest hospitality and exemplifying excellent customer service.
  • Helps employees identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence, ensuring they receive ongoing training to understand guest expectations.
  • Meets with training cadre on a regular basis to support training efforts and observes service behaviors of employees, providing feedback to individuals and/or managers.

Requirements:

  • A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; 1 year experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.
  • A 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.
