We are seeking an experienced Firewall and Security Training Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network technologies, specifically firewalls and security systems. They will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for technical teams on these topics.

This role requires a deep understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and others. The candidate should also have expertise in firewall configuration, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, and other related technologies.

A strong background in training delivery is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to travel within India and abroad is a plus.

We value industry certifications in networking and security domains, but they are not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on firewalls and security systems
  • Develop lab scenarios and case studies for technical support teams
  • Conduct technology training sessions for L1/L2 engineers on the production floor
  • Administer skill gap assessments and deliver refresher training programs
  • Create and deliver training content on emerging technologies via classroom, online, and blended formats

  • IPSec VPN and SSL VPN
  • Cryptography and PKI
  • Network Threats and Mitigation Techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in TAC/Tech Support or Enterprise TAC environments
