Job Title:

Cut Potato Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cut Potato Process Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment in the process section is operating efficiently, supplying the production line with high-quality processed cut potatoes.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience operating Blancher equipment, setting water levels, quality, and usage according to standard requirements.
  • They will also be responsible for monitoring temperature retention times, alarms, and recording yield loss, color, texture, and breakage within the RS view system.
  • Additionally, they will operate SAAP, Dextrose System equipment, setting standards for specific product processes and monitoring Dextrose, SAPP percentage, water quality, and ingredient usage.
  • The selected candidate will maintain hourly data in online tools like TSU live, SPC, and ensure all process waste is dumped, weighed, and recorded on operational sheets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry or hold an ITI certification.
  • Experience working in process and packing areas.
  • Possess professional technical accreditations (desired).
