Job Title: Stainless Steel Pickling Specialist

• Process Supervision: Manage the pickling process of stainless steel pipes, including preparation and maintenance of pickling solutions.
• Bath Maintenance: Maintain and replenish pickling baths as per standard operating procedures.
• Quality Control: Monitor chemical concentrations and ensure adherence to product specifications as per SOP.
• Corrective Actions: Implement corrective actions when deviations in the pickling process are detected.

EHS Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all pickling operations comply with EHS regulations.
• Chemical Management: Maintain chemical safety data sheets (MSDS) and ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous materials.
• Safety Culture: Create a safe work environment and motivate team members to achieve zero accidents.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineers and production managers to continuously improve pickling efficiency and minimize waste.
• Research and Development: Conduct research and recommend process adjustments to enhance pickling performance and reduce costs.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on process performance, safety, and compliance.

Leadership and Accountability:

• EHS Leadership: Act as a role model for EHS leadership.
• Policy Communication: Communicate and promote the Alleima EHS Policy and Safety Principles.
• Risk Reporting: Report on hazards and near misses related to Environment, Health, and Safety.
