Pickling Process Specialist

As a key figure in the pickling process, you will oversee the preparation and management of stainless steel pipes and hollows. This involves maintaining optimal chemical concentrations and ensuring adherence to product specifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and replenish pickling baths according to standard operating procedures.
  • Implement corrective actions when deviations in the pickling process are detected.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of chemical safety data sheets and proper storage and handling of hazardous materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in stainless steel tube finishing and pickling processes.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong leadership abilities to motivate and train a team to achieve highest standards of quality and productivity.
