Test Automation Architect Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies for mobile telecom applications. This involves ensuring the efficiency and scalability of test automation processes across functional and non-functional testing efforts.

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for telco systems, including OSS/BSS, billing, CRM, and network monitoring applications.
  • Define automation strategies, evaluating and selecting tools and technologies that align with the telecom SDLC.
  • Collaborate with test leads and domain SMEs to identify automation opportunities and prioritize test cases for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Script Development:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality automated test scripts.
  • Guide the team in developing and maintaining automation scripts.
  • Ensure test script reliability and maintainability, following best practices.

Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD):

  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing.
  • Optimize test scripts for performance and efficiency, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in the automation framework.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background and experience in software development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certification in test automation or related field.
