Automation Architect Job Opportunity

LTIMindtree is a renowned organization seeking an experienced Automation Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of test automation architectures.

  • Contribute to the development of automation project architecture
  • Promote quality assurance productivity through automation tools and best practices
  • Collaborate with teams on ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure effective and efficient test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Assess problem statements and devise innovative solutions
  • Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools, and templates
  • Work with cross-functional teams on automation strategy and tool kit selection
  • Perform code reviews to verify adherence to coding standards
  • Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 17-20 years of experience in Test Automation, hands-on with various automation tools, including Selenium, UFT, Web Services, Soap UI, API testing
  • Strong expertise in Core Java
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with ReSTful, SOAP, Webservices, Groovy
  • Experience with BDD Tools like JBehave or Cucumber
  • Experience with CI Tools like Jenkins
  • Experience with Database testing
  • Experience with Build tools like Gradle or Maven etc

Preferred Skills:

  • Airlines ecommerce Automation testing experience
  • Experience in transitioning automation activities from other teams/vendor

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication, documentation skills
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
  • Customer-facing experience is a must
