About this Automation Role:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance methodologies and tools, with proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Python, or Shell.

They will also have experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including writing shell scripts and using Unix command-line tools.

A thorough understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL skills is essential, as is experience with RESTful API testing and tools like Postman.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

The successful candidate will be able to design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using languages such as Java (Maven) and JavaScript (Node.js).

They will also be responsible for architecting automated test management platforms and supporting REST API workflows with automated test case generation, JSON assertions, and data encryption.

  • Developed reusable automation modules for UI steps, data-driven testing, SOAP/REST API, JSON parsing, AODA compliance, PDF testing, ETL support, and mobile UI testing
  • Designed frameworks in Java (Maven) and JavaScript (Node.js), utilizing Excel for test data and JSON for object repositories
  • Architected RAPID Automation Test Management Platform, a self-sustaining system for executing automation regression test scripts
