US Audit Manager

This role involves providing audit leadership to clients in the Construction industry, with additional responsibilities in Government and Banking audits. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and high-quality work execution, and promoting team growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and allocate professionals to assigned work.
- Monitor performance against standards and standardize audit processes.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and training to team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in US Audits, holding a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. They should also possess expertise in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
Additional requirements include proficiency in using various audit tools and applications, as well as experience in Construction, Government, and Banking industries. Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills are also essential.
