Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee our warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing warehousing and distribution processes, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities within set timelines and meet defined performance metrics
  • Pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Should be well-versed with warehouse processes GRN, FIFO, LIFO and Put away
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high accuracy
  • MIS Reports creation on a monthly, weekly and daily basis
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for dispatches, RTO orders
  • Generate E-way bill, Good Receipt, check bills of vendors as per agreement
  • Coordinate with internal and external team members

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a similar profile with e-commerce/fulfillment centre
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP packages is an added advantage
  • Graduate with knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to perform tasks under pressure, work 6 days a week
