Job Title: Transport Management Systems Specialist

Job Description">

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a Transport Management System (TMS) and the ability to integrate systems via APIs. They will work closely with our team to configure warehouse locations, set up carrier accounts, and implement shipping policies.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • API Integration: Experience with building and maintaining integrations between TMS and other platforms (e.g., ERP/OMS/WMS), ensuring data flows reliably.
  • Carrier Configuration: Ability to set up carrier accounts, service levels, and related options so rates/labels/shipments behave as intended.
  • Warehouse and Location Configuration: Knowledge of configuring warehouse locations and related settings to match routing and fulfillment practices.
  • Shipping Policy Implementation: Skill in implementing business rules for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable.
  • Logistics Frameworks: Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation.
