Job Title: System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to configure and implement system modules based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise to lead and manage end-to-end configuration cycles, ensuring seamless system deployment and performance optimization.
  • Design and deliver integration solutions between various systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain applications).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define configuration strategies.
  • Provide guidance in system proactive management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
  • Support testing cycles by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in system configuration and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments.
  • In-depth understanding of integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Prior Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in system configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
