Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Incharge to oversee the allocation of contract manpower, driving productivity and efficiency across our operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and stabilizing material in accordance with established standards, reporting any issues or breakages, and closely monitoring warehouse activities to minimize waste and optimize production.

  • Allocate contract manpower to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency
  • Loading and stabilization of material as per SOP
  • Reporting of breakages, cullet, and not found material during the shift
  • Closely monitor loading point and warehouse to reduce breakages and improve quality
  • Collecting and checking barcode tags of each box loaded in truck

Key Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of SOPs and process controls, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
