IT Service Supervisor Role

We're seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our service team, ensuring efficient operation and excellent customer experience.

This role involves managing subordinate team members, sustaining service level agreements, maintaining documentation, designing support offerings, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or related field, minimum 7-10 years of hands-on service experience, and certifications such as CISA. They should also possess advanced knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software applications.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling them to motivate and manage the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subordinate team members to ensure efficient operation of assigned tasks
  • Sustain service level agreements for the IT services team
  • Maintain accurate documentation for policies and procedures
  • Design and implement future support offerings under guidance from the IT Leadership Team
  • Ensure compliance with IT related policies and procedures throughout the IT Services Team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years on-hands service experience
  • CISA certified preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 management technologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 technologies
  • Experience or understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune
  • Possess advanced knowledge of networking and personal computer hardware
  • A+ and/or MOS certification and other industry recognized advanced certifications
