Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team at CuringBusy, a fully remote company providing subscription-based Executive Assistant services to entrepreneurs and professionals globally.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with healthcare providers, and presenting our products or services to drive growth within the medical and healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Research and target potential clients within the medical and healthcare industry, including clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to introduce our products or services, generate interest, and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and address client needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor on our offerings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage prospects and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
- Presentation & Demo: Conduct virtual presentations and product demos, addressing client queries and emphasizing value propositions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong medical and healthcare industry understanding, including key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
Salary: 8 LPA + Incentives
