Business Operations Manager Role

The primary objective of a Business Operations Manager is to oversee and enhance the efficiency of an organization by supervising daily operations, managing quality assurance programs, and developing strategic plans for process improvements.

As a key member of the organizational leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring operational and financial goals are achieved through effective teamwork and collaboration with various departments
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols that align with organizational objectives
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement, and leading their execution
  • Establishing and maintaining quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a large team to drive productivity and employee satisfaction
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Collaborating with compliance departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized institution
  • 15+ years of work experience, preferably in a senior leadership position
  • Expertise in US Retirement process and products, as well as knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make decisions within established guidelines and take calculated risks
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands
