Process Associate- Home Loans: Enhance Customer Experience

About the Role

The role of Process Associate - Home Loans involves ensuring seamless execution of customer and builder APF proposals. This entails accurately entering data, verifying customer information, and coordinating with relevant vendors to obtain necessary documents.

Key responsibilities include regular follow-up with Branch, sales team, DSA/connector, and addressing queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently. Additionally, providing daily/weekly and monthly MIS reports is a crucial aspect of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking/financial services, with at least 3+ years in Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured loans (LAP).
  • Specialist in HL/LAP proposal verification end to end.
