Event Operations Coordinator

  • Coordinating and managing event planning and execution including identifying opportunities to enhance event experiences, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless delivery.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing and finance to gather data, support budget development, and manage costs for events. Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of events and kitchen visits, food tasting, operations
  • Menu engineering, production planning, and reducing wastages
  • Onboarding vendor partners and maintaining good relations

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and experience of working with food partners
  • Results Oriented, be accountable and hold accountable
  • Proven experience in managing in a similar environment
  • Excellent process and product knowledge
  • Self-motivated, agile and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Graduate/Diploma in food and beverages, hospitality, hotel background
  • Knowledge of local language is mandatory
