Event Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Event Operations Manager to oversee the success of our premium venues. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of hospitality operations, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, catering, décor, and logistics. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop customized solutions to meet their expectations.

In addition to your event management responsibilities, you will also play a key role in driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This may involve collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and solve problems under pressure. You will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality events on time and within budget, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management or related field.
  • 12–15 years of experience in premium hospitality/banquet operations, with a strong focus on event management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think creatively and solve problems under pressure.
