This role plays a pivotal part in the finance domain, responsible for supporting accounts payable activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and strategies. Each day entails ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform thorough quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) guidelines in Accounts Payable team for applicable templates and participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
- Support the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, guaranteeing all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
- Input invoice and payment information into the accounting system with high accuracy and assist in reconciling vendor statements to ensure all outstanding payments are accounted for and resolved promptly.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
- Mandatory SAP experience.
- Educational qualification: B. Com/ MBA.
- Active participation in internal initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes within the Accounts Payable team.
