Job Summary
We seek a skilled Client Engagement Associate to join our team. This role involves managing client inquiries, understanding their needs, and positioning our services effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound client communications via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and communicate how our solutions can address them.
- Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with our team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
