Key Role Summary

As a Senior Outreach Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with influencers, driving strategic collaborations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Influencer Identification: Utilize data-driven methods to identify suitable influencers for campaigns, focusing on engagement rates, audience demographics, and content relevance.
  • Proactive Outreach and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication, fostering trust and rapport to boost campaign success.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring all contracts are accurately documented and adhered to.
  • Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging and values.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and adjustment to maximize ROI.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance and impact, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership of work, capable of driving initiatives forward and delivering results.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to the success of cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools, able to derive actionable insights from data to inform decision-making.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
