Senior Business Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our consulting and operations functions.

This leadership role requires someone with extensive experience in managing teams, delivering client projects, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance, and Corporate Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client projects and drive business growth.
  • Provide expert advisory services to clients on GST, IGST, Exports, and other areas of expertise.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Enthusiastic leader who is hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and passionate about building consulting excellence.
