Enterprise Sales Manager

Asego is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Travel Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales and Agency Channel Sales in the General Insurance sector, preferably in the insurance or travel industry, and be capable of managing and growing business within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by developing and implementing effective strategies
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain existing ones
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to optimize overall operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role - Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
