Global Benefits Consultant Job Description

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules across large organizations.

  • Job Description:
  • Implement and configure SuccessFactors Global Benefits to meet clients' global benefits needs.
  • Design tailored solutions for clients through collaboration and strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
  • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
