Our team works closely with clients to deliver high-quality Compensation and Benefits solutions tailored to their needs.

  • C&B design, including pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design
  • Annual pay review and bonus processes
  • Statutory compliance and market benchmarking
  • Compensation and Benefits market trends and advisory
  • Job evaluation and leveling
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role
  • All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application
  • Familiarity with leading Job Evaluation frameworks
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles
  • High level of Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
Preferred Skills

A university degree in HR with a Masters / MBA is highly desirable. Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies are also an advantage.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data and insights are essential.
