
Customer Success Specialist

Job Overview:
As a customer service and sales lead, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and present solutions to customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide timely support and resolutions to their queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
- Provide financial planning assistance and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals.
- Focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Graduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
