">The role of a Junior Demand Sales Operations Associate is to provide critical support to the demand sales team by analyzing data and optimizing processes. This position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and campaign performance across digital platforms.
">- Maintain and optimize demand-related operations for tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline health.
- Support the Demand Sales team with forecasting, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Work on the domain approval pipeline.
- Maintain sales documentation and internal records for client meetings, RFPs, and IOs.
- Help streamline the sales process by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
- Manage ad quality for publishers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams for go-to-market initiatives.
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, win rates) and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
">- 0-1 years of experience in sales operations, media operations, or a similar role (internship experience welcomed).
- Familiarity with AdTech or digital media buying (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, programmatic campaigns, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets required (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
