The role of a Junior Demand Sales Operations Associate is to provide critical support to the demand sales team by analyzing data and optimizing processes. This position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and campaign performance across digital platforms.

  • Maintain and optimize demand-related operations for tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline health.
  • Support the Demand Sales team with forecasting, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Work on the domain approval pipeline.
  • Maintain sales documentation and internal records for client meetings, RFPs, and IOs.
  • Help streamline the sales process by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
  • Manage ad quality for publishers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams for go-to-market initiatives.
  • Track key performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, win rates) and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in sales operations, media operations, or a similar role (internship experience welcomed).
  • Familiarity with AdTech or digital media buying (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, programmatic campaigns, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets required (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
