Description:

The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of sales and accounts functions, fostering compliance, accuracy, and smooth order-to-cash processing. This position requires strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with sales teams for efficient new customer order processing.
  • Maintain and update customer records, including agreements, security checks, KYC, and compliance documentation.
  • Guide the sales team on outstanding, due, and overdue payments.
  • Work with accounts to ensure sales invoices are released only after necessary clearances.
  • Verify customer creditworthiness, approved credit limits, and applicable cash discounts before confirming orders.
  • Prepare and circulate periodic ageing reports to management and relevant teams.
  • Generate and maintain sales MIS reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Coordinate material returns, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
  • Actively manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
  • Address basic customer queries related to order status, billing, and dispatch.
Required Skills:
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of finance, accounts, and credit control.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Bonus points if you have experience working with teams to implement process improvements and drive business growth
