
Sales Process Specialist

**Job Overview**
- As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences from order placement to payment realization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch to process new customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, encompassing agreements, security cheques, KYC, and compliance documentation.
- Provide critical guidance to the Sales team on outstanding, due, and overdue payments, fostering timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Accounts to ensure sales invoices are released only after necessary clearances have been obtained.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness, approved credit limits, and applicable cash discounts prior to confirming orders.
- Prepare and circulate periodic ageing reports to management and relevant teams, highlighting performance trends.
- Generate and maintain Sales MIS reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Streamline material returns by coordinating with Sales and Accounts teams, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
- Oversee the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, from order placement to payment realization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Address basic customer inquiries related to order status, billing, and dispatch in coordination with internal teams.
- Serve as the central point of contact between Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Logistics to ensure synergy and transparency.
- Ensure all processes and records comply with company policies and audit standards.
- Verify submitted expenses for eligibility according to the company's travel policy and prepare reimbursement summaries.
- Follow up with sales staff for pending documents, clarifications, or approvals.
**Must-Have Skills:**
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of finance, accounts, and credit control principles.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
