At the forefront of enterprise security, we are seeking an accomplished Lead Oracle HCM Security Architect to spearhead our organization's access governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Transition to Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and downstream systems with intricate integrations.
  2. Architect a comprehensive end-to-end access governance framework, encompassing application, integration, and data warehouse layers.
  3. Prioritize collaboration with business process owners to define, standardize personas, access tiers, and Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
  4. Forge strategic partnerships with data platform and analytics teams to harmonize access policies across structured/unstructured data sources utilized for reporting, workforce intelligence, and other business purposes.
  5. Integrate security policies with Okta and identity management tools, ensuring consistent enforcement across applications and data endpoints.
  6. Enable secure self-service analytics by implementing column- and row-level security within platforms like Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Databricks.
  7. Manage the lifecycle of security for Oracle HCM and connected platforms: provisioning, auditing, change control, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) enforcement.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise security, application governance, or architecture roles with profound expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and SaaS integration landscapes.
  2. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise RBAC frameworks, with hands-on involvement across applications and data layers.
  3. A deep understanding of big data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) and how access, classification, and lineage apply in modern data environments.

In addition to your technical acumen, you will possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
