Job Title: Learning and Growth Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead learning initiatives across our business. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of hospitality services, including food, beverages, and liquor service standards, as well as the ability to design structured learning modules for front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food, beverages, and liquor service.
- Standardize operational training across all locations to maintain brand consistency.
- Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.
- Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality training (restaurant, lounge, bar, or hotel industry).
- Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards.
- Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across locations for training sessions.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across locations.
