Optimize Digital Performance Analyst

We are driving business growth through innovation, data excellence and digital transformation.

To enhance our marketing capabilities, we seek a highly experienced performance analyst to optimize and scale digital performance across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end analysis of paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic etc.)
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on attribution models, conversion paths and media mix optimization
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics or digital growth roles
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads and emerging channels
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing and ROI forecasting
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders
