Data Engineering Position

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable technical solutions that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in data engineering and a strong background in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Terraform.

  1. Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  2. Microsoft Fabric Expertise: Build and manage complex data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring seamless integration with Azure services.
  3. Data Lake Optimization: Design and optimize data lake zones (raw, curated, consumption) for efficient data management and analytics.
  4. Business Logic Development: Create and implement business logic using PySpark, T-SQL, and Stored Procedures to enhance data processing and decision-making.
  5. Messaging and Integration: Implement messaging via Azure Service Bus and seamlessly integrate cloud with on-prem systems.
  6. Infrastructure Automation: Automate infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) to ensure consistency and efficiency in cloud deployments.
  7. Performance and Cost Optimization: Optimize performance and cost on Azure architecture through strategic planning and resource allocation.
  8. Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring & logging with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights to ensure real-time visibility and insights.
  9. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Data Engineering Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in data engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Terraform.
  • Azure Knowledge: Knowledge of Azure networking, compute, storage, and security.
  • Enterprise Environment: Experience working in enterprise-level environments.
  • Valid Passport: Valid passport is mandatory for international travel.
