Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced senior data engineer to lead our data engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines using Apache Spark (PySpark or Scala), AWS Glue, and Azure Data Factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable data ingestion and transformation workflows across cloud platforms.
  • Develop data lake and data warehouse solutions using AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, and AWS Glue.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and application developers to support advanced analytics, reporting, and ML workflows.
  • Implement job orchestration, monitoring, and error handling for reliable pipeline execution.
  • Maintain and support Data Pipeline functionality.
  • Monitor data loads.
  • Ensure data quality and validity checks.
  • Identify and optimize ingestion pipelines in consultation with customers.
  • Provide L2/L3 data support.
  • Analyze and resolve Glue job failures and restarts.
  • Fix minor transformation logic or input data issues.
  • Resolve dependency failures in Glue workflows.
  • Tune job configurations.
  • Conduct impact analysis and root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

8+ years of experience in data engineering or cloud computing data development.
