Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Business Development Expert

River is an electric vehicle company that specializes in the development and manufacturing of multi-utility scooters. Our flagship product, River Indie, is designed to be a dependable ally on your road to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales goals for the Odisha location.
  • Create sustainable growth channels through acquisition of new business partners.
  • Manage and coordinate with Distribution Sales Executives to drive business expansion.
  • Leverage land and expand processes to build and activate business relationships.
  • Review and prepare weekly/monthly/annual sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports to inform organizational planning and improve sales performance.
  • Present area sales reports to management and provide key customer feedback for effective product campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create effective external communications.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Management with 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Data analysis skills and ability to build strategic recommendations.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing techniques and best practices.
