Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies to achieve sales goals for the Odisha location and grow revenue through new business partner acquisitions.
  • Manage Distribution Sales Executives and create sustainable channels for growth.
  • Build processes and funnels for land and expand strategies, including manual top-down reach outs, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Review weekly/monthly/annual sales plans, prepare forecasts, sales performance reports, and market intelligence for organizational planning and improvement.
  • Create area sales reports and present them to management.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing (PR & Media) team to provide customer and industry feedback for effective product campaigns and external communications.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Management with 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Data analysis skills, reporting, and strategic recommendations based on data trends.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional teams.

Salary: ₹50 lakhs - ₹70 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
